Expenses RMI (Request for More Information) Expiry

Hi,

We are trying to set an expiry for BPM task FinExmExpenseAuditRequestMoreInformation .

This is so that if a user does not provide the information within a certain window, it will withdraw the expense back into their unsubmitted list. Otherwise, we find that users lose track of their request and leave their expense in a limbo/stuck status. These get escalated to line manager when a user leaves the business.

However, when using the expiration settings under Deadlines, it expires the task, but does not change the expense status. Other options such as Escalate or Renew do not give what we need. If it's possible to escalate to the audit team, that may work, but it doesn't appear to give an option of who to escalate to.
