Candidate Managed Interview Scheduling Allows Candidates to Select Times Outside Business Hours

When sending an interview invitation, candidates are being presented with available interview times outside of the recruiter's defined working hours.

For example, candidates can see and select interview time slots between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM, rather than only seeing available times within the recruiter's standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

The recruiter's Outlook calendar has been reviewed, and both working hours and working days are correctly configured for 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Has anyone experienced this issue or identified a configuration setting in Oracle Recruiting that could cause this behavior?
