Hiring Tile Access for Hiring Managers – Applicants Not Displaying for HM

Summary:

Currently, recruiters have access to the Hiring tile, while hiring managers do not. As we move forward with involving hiring managers in the hiring process, we have enabled the Hiring tile for hiring managers in our LOWER environment for testing.

To validate the functionality, I created a test requisition and a test candidate and assigned the requisition to the hiring manager.

However, when logging in as the hiring manager, I do not see any applicants associated with the requisition. The applicant count displays as 0. When logging in through the admin view, I can see that the test candidate is associated with the same requisition.
