Absence Plans: Unit of Measure options

Summary: Does Oracle allow Absence Plans to be configured with a unit of measure less than 1 hour?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Our current Absence plans are configured using hours as the unit of measure for most plan types and we have a couple that use partial days. I am wondering if there is a way to allow employees to take certain absences, like personal time, in smaller increments, like 15 minutes vs. the 1 full hour.
