Can the Employee Satisfaction Survey be migrated between environments using Configuration Packages?

We are currently working on implementing the Employee Satisfaction Survey, but our deployment process for changes can be fairly rigid with segregation of duties, QA and tests occurring in multiple environments before anything hits production. Configuration packages are one of the most common methods we use to eventually deploy a functional change as it ensures that the production deployment is consistent according to what was signed off in our UAT stages.

This feature first needs to be configured using an AI Agent, which is fine in our non-prod environment but I'm predicting some spirited discussions if we have to use the AI Agent in production too. It would be a first for us and whilst I don't expect it would stop us implementing this feature, I would just like to avoid those discussions if they never needed to happen.
