Redwood WFM - Unable to view log messages in OTL

Unable to view Fast Formula log messages in 'Analyze Rule Processing Details' page (Redwood WFM page) even after setting the profile option ORA_HWM_RULES_LOG_LEVEL to 'Finest'. Please let me know if anyone experienced similar issue and solution to fix it.
