Hello Oracle team,

Oracle Live Chat referred me to this forum regarding the termination of my OCI Free Tier account.

On October 22, 2026, I contacted support to request an MFA reset because my old phone had broken. I provided the information requested for identity verification and was told that my request had been placed in the queue.

On October 23, I tried to sign in again but my credentials were rejected. During a follow-up chat, the agent informed me that my account had been terminated by the system.
