I am Unable to Choose an Item when Creating Purchase Order (Redwood Error/Classic is fine)

I am trying to create a Purchase Order but the dropdown list for 'Item' shows no values, and I cannot fill in the field.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The dropdown menu for 'Item' is loading/blank and I cannot fill in the field.

I do not have this problem with the Classic screen. Even if I copy the value from Classic screen and paste it to Redwood or try to find the value in the Redwood list, I get an error.

What should I do to solve this issue and fill the 'Item' field on Redwood properly?
