Server Side Extension:Support for file upload

Summary:

We have a requirement where the user can upload documents on the storefront and those needs to be passed to an SSE without storing it as a file anywhere in the files endpoints,this will then go as payload to the virus scanner service.What is the best way to send multi-part form data with different files like ,pdf,csv,png,doc, to the SSE server?Should we encode it as base64 string and then send the data?Provide the request headers /content type expected by the server in that case.
