History is collected and available in Plan Inputs but is not available in the Plan

Hi All,

I'm seeing an issue where there are certain Transfer Order history records that are successfully collected and visible in Plan Inputs > Collected Measure Data under the shipment history measure.

However, these records are not visible in the Replenishment Plan, even though they are within the plan history range. Other history records loaded through FBDI are visible in the plan.

Any suggestions or clues would be appreciated.
