Unable to See Approve Button for Pending AR Transactions Despite Approval Role Assignment

Summary:

Hello,

We are configuring an approval-only role for Oracle Fusion Receivables Transaction Review and Control.

Current Setup

  • The user has been assigned a custom approval role.
  • The user can access the Billing work area.
  • The user can see the Transaction Approval tile and view transactions in Pending Approval status.
  • The user does not have access to create or update transactions, which is the expected behavior.
  • However, the Approve button is not visible when viewing the pending transactions.

Security Configuration

The role includes:

AR_APPROVE_RECEIVABLES_TRANSACTION_PRIV

AR_FORCE_APPROVE_RECEIVABLES_TRANSACTION_PRIV

along with Receivables Inquiry role (}inquire and approve transactions only - without create/update access)
