Manage All Tree Operations Centrally scheduled process to address hierarchy issues

Summary: Can someone help with how this should be configured to run a regularly scheduled jobset or processes? We had an issue where we had some disappearing nodes on one of our Account hierarchies/tree versions and the data in that account hierarchy was not all being sent forward for Reporting with regard to ESSbase and Workiva downstream even though it looks to be all there in the Trees in ERP.
