Is there a way to see who has a report open in NR at the same time

Summary

I created a report in NR which the business will be accessing to enter comments by accounts and/or profit center in an inline grid note column. If more than 1 business person is accessing the report at the same time to enter comments in the note field, is there a way to tell who has the report open at the same time? this will help in the development of the workflow process we are trying to establish with the business.
