Manage in Workbook does not update Performance Ratings in Calibration Worksheet

We are using Integrated Performance Ratings in our WFC Plan. If I attempt to change the Performance Ratings using the Manage in Workbook functionality, I am not seeing the rating update even when no Errors are triggered and Status reads "Row Updated Successfully". This leads our HR professionals to believe that their updates have been applied successfully but they have not.

I can update the Calibration Status column and other columns using the Manage in Workbook Functionality, but not the Overall Performance Rating and the Overall Development Goal Rating (both synced columns with our performance document). If I attempt to update the columns in the Calibration Worksheet directly, there is no issue and the update is successful.
