Payroll Interface XML output file is generated as blank

We are facing an issue with the Payroll Interface for ADP Global Payroll V2 flow where the Payroll Interface XML output file is generated as blank.

The flow completes successfully, and employee records are visible in both the Audit Report and Changed Attribute Output File. However, the XML output contains only the root element with no employee data.

We have reviewed the parameters outlined in the Oracle documentation Run Global Payroll Interface Processes, but the issue persists. Could you please advise on any additional configuration or validation steps that may be causing employee records to be excluded from the final XML output
