Hi All,

Greetings!

We have been observing an issue with the absence enrollment details when the employee gets terminated, especially with the termination date in the future.

When the employee termination is processed and applied with the termination date 2-3 months in future as compared to the current month, the employee is expected to continue accruals till the termination date.

But, it has been observed that the accrual element entry as well as the absence deduction card -both get end dated to the end of the current month (e.g. if the termination is applied with termination date =30-Dec-2026 today, then those 2 get end dated on 31-Oct-2026 instead of December). Due to which, the employee does not accrue anything till termination date .
