Unable to search item with manufacturer part number in recall notices

Summary:

When we create recall notices, the Part Number field allows us to search only by GTIN. It does not work with the Manufacturer Part Number, which is already available in the item relationship. We are also unable to select items using the Item Description.

We followed all the steps outlined in the documentation, including creating the index, rebuilding it, and running the ingest process. However, the issue still persists.
