Redwood Job Validation Rule for the Assignment Section in the Add Nonworker Process

Hi Team,

We're trying to set up a Redwood validation rule on the Assignment section of the Add Nonworker flow. For a specific business unit, users should only be able to select certain values from the Job list of values (LOV). If they select any other job, the system should show an error and stop them from continuing until they choose a valid job.

However, with the condition below, the system shows the error on the When and Why section. It should show the error on the Assignment section, after the job is selected.

Can anyone let us know how to setup the job validation rule for particular BU.
