USOPTE Load Geographies Primary City Identifiers

It has come to our attention that the primary city identifiers are not being updated with monthly geography updates. As part of the transition to USOPTE, we were told that Oracle would be loading geographies, and we do see that happening (My Client Groups > Legislative Data Updates > Type = Geography). However, the primary city identifiers are not being updated. Presumably, the Load Geographies flow (or the monthly legislative update run by Oracle) is being loaded with Update Primary City Identifier set to No. That is only a presumption, because I am not sure we can see the parameters that are being used with the geography update.
