We are working on a new Absence Plan/Type= Administrative Leave

Our goal: 99% of the time, only back office users can edit/add the absence under both Add Absence and Time Card. In rare occasion, the 1%, we would update Time Entry Layout Components to allow all end-users to add the Time Reporting code themselves to time card (such as snow day, special leave day etc.)

The back office users prefer to use Time Card in regular basis as it is easier to use and edit.
