Refresh feature to update the Adjustment % to 0 for an EE who got terminated after the Comp Cycle

Hello Experts - I am trying to use refresh feature to update the Adjustment % to 0 for an EE who got terminated after the Comp Cycle is started. What is the appropriate option.

For example The HR Extraction date is 01/01/2027. When the worksheet was loaded the EE-123456 had an Adjustment% of 3%. Now that the person has a Termination date is 01/11/2027, On a refresh, the Adjustment should be 0.

I have written a FF to execute the above mentioned logic. But on refresh is it not reflected on the worksheet. Please guide me
