Same Management BU serving multiple Legal entities-Sales Order

Need to update Legal Entity on Sales order (backend table) to populate as per Fulfillment Warehouse's Legal entity in org definition setup

In our finance setup, we have a single Management BU that covers multiple legal entities, all under the same ledger. This Management BU provides the AP, AR, and Projects functions, and the client wants to avoid using multiple BUs within the same ledger. For SCM, we use the Profit Center BU (PCBU) concept, where each BU is tied to a single legal entity.
Unlike the Purchase Order page, the Sales Order creation page has no option to update the legal entity. Currently, the Sold-to Legal Entity on the Sales Order (backend table) is populated with the default legal entity assigned to the Management BU.
