How to purge salary data?

HDL not working for the following scenarios:

  1. offer assignments due to missing payroll relationship which is not expected for an offer assignment.
  2. existing in cmp_salary but missing in per_all_assignments_m

All other salaries have been deleted.

How to purge all salary?
