REDWOOD issue

Oracle suggested to move SCM to Redwood before 27B. I have started the options in one of our non-production environment.

We have two business units - CPG and CPI

When I try pull items from the item master for CPI business units, It gives me ZERO item name and getting error message also.

Attached here screen shots and let me know how to resolve this issue
