Succession Plans – How is the "Suggested Candidates" strength score calculated (Incumbent plan type)

Hello everyone,

I am testing the AI "Suggested Candidates" feature in Succession Management and I am trying to understand how the suggestion strength score is calculated.

Context:

• I created a succession plan with the plan type Incumbent.
• The incumbent is a Business Analyst.
• In the Candidates section, I selected Add > Suggested Candidates.

According to the documentation, suggestions are based on the model profile of the succession plan job, and for incumbent-based plans, the incumbent's job is used as the succession plan job.

What I observe:

• Another Business Analyst, who has the same skills as the incumbent, is suggested with a score of 3.05.
