Withholding for commission payments

Hello,

Is there a method in the invoice payments process to perform reoccurring withholdings that are not related to tax levies, or other tax related garnishments

For example: a downstream area is going to send to Payables a file of commission only payments to create invoices in ERP and issue payments for the commissions, would we be able to configure withholding for something like child support in the payables systems that would withhold the proper amount from each payment.

We have a process in place for withholding items like tax levies, but I am not sure if the example above would fall into the same set of configurations / set ups that we have for tax related withholdings.
