Possible to restrict the Alternative approver Table as per the Plan?

Summary:

Hi,

We have 10 different Plans for 10 entities and we have configured alternate approver table for all the 10 plan(different alternate approver table).

Problem is all the 10 entities are able to see other entities alternate approver table instead their own.

Possible to restrict this?
