Add to Cart button is not working for internal requisition

Summary:

While craeting an internal requisition, when I hit the button "Add to Cart", nothing happens and I cannot proceed with Internal Requisition creation.

Here are the steps: 
1. Procurement>Requsitions 
2. Tasks> Enter Requisition Line 
3. Select Goods and Item Number 
4. Select Source Organization, Inv Org, Subinventory 
5. Set Destination Type = Inventory and Destination Org, Subinventory 
6. Click Add to Chart. The requisition Line won't add for requisitions.
