Collaborator cannot submit response to feedback request

Hi,

I am having problems with the feedback requests sent to JR Collaborators. Basically, whenever the Recruiter sends a request to Provide Feedback to the Collaborators, they get the notification and they can view the feedback form but they are unable to Submit it.

I created a custom role for Collaborators with the following privilege: IRC_ACCESS_TO_HIRING_AS_MANAGER_PRIV (which Oracle says is needed in order to view the Feedback form)

and the following roles: ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_REQUISITION and ORA_IRC_VIEW_JOB_REQUISITION_OBI.

Are there any other privileges that I need to grant in order to allow Collaborators to submit their response to the feedback request? Or is it something else preventing them from responding to the feedback request?
