Change the Sick pay using the employee's regular pay rate derived to blended rate

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

One of my US clients wants to pay their employees sick pay using blended rate instead of employees regular pay rate derived by oracle payroll.

Please provide your suggestions on setup or configuration that can be followed to get this requirement achieved.

From the below screenshot ,GV STD Sick Entitlement earning results, the rate should be calculated @ 24.678 instead of 24.1
