Knowledge Article Rich Text Editor - Source Mode Not Color Coded

Summary:

We are currently migrating from Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) to Oracle Fusion Service 26C, and have noticed a significant difference in the Knowledge article rich text editor functionality.

Issue:
When switching to source mode in the Knowledge article rich text editor, the HTML code is not color-coded or syntax highlighted. This makes it:

• Harder to edit HTML content
• Difficult to spot syntax errors
• Challenging to identify specific HTML elements quickly
• Less intuitive compared to our previous system

Previous Experience:
In Oracle Service Cloud (OSC), the rich text editor's source mode featured intuitive color coding and syntax highlighting, which greatly improved the editing experience and productivity.
