User with role Maintenance Manager and technician not able see the Inventory Items in Maintenance WO

Summary:

User with role Maintenance Manager and Maintenance technician not able to access the PIM Inventory Items in Maintenance module while executing the work order but when we assigned Product data steward role then users are able to view all PIM Items in Maintenance operations.
Pre-requisite:
We have unable the Redwood Elastic search
We tried providing View redwood Items privilege to the role but still not able to view the items
We don't want to give Product data steward roles to our maintenance users but we want our users to see the Associated PIM Items in maintenance Organization.
Has anybody faced this similar issue? is it possible to fulfill this requirement with seeded Maintenance Manager & Technician role please help if anyone has any workaround on this.
