Hi Team,

We’re trying to exclude a worker from a goal plan using the HDL below. However, the current behavior is not as expected.

In this scenario, employee E123123 should be added to the exclusion list of the specific goal plan only. Instead, the HDL is adding manager E114411 to the goal plan and excluding E123123 through the hierarchy assignment.
