How to enable SVS Security in Custom BIP Report

Summary:

General Ledger SVS by Business Function is enabled. User ABC cannot select account starting with 101in Create Journal or the standard report’s Account parameter. However, the documented FLEX_SECURE lexical on ApplicationDB_FSCM returns N for both restricted account and allowed account , in chart of accounts . The session user GUID matches the submitting user. Please confirm the supported custom BI Publisher security API and context initialization for this enforcement mode.
