WFC - Review Determination Hierarchy Fast Formula to get latest HR representative

I wanted to check if you happen to know whether Workforce Compensation Plan Hierarchies (or perhaps Reviewer Hierarchies) could support the following scenario.

Our PRPs (role HR) currently have limited HR security and can only access employees up to a certain level. However, for Compensation only, the business would like them to be able to access Merit/STI worksheets for higher-level organizations, while keeping their existing HR security restrictions unchanged.

Ideally, they would be able to work on compensation recommendations for employees within those organizations without gaining broader HR access.

Can you share a Fast formula for this? Thanks!!
