26D Important actions to enable the new Recommendations framework
in Learning
As part of the 26D update, in the Important Actions and Considerations for Learning it states that you need to enable the new Recommendations framework before the 26D update. This is linked to Learning Recommendations Cutover feature from 25A.
To enable the 25A recommendations cutover, it states you need to enable the 24D recommendations features:
- Item & Audience Selection Updates from Recommendations
- Include HCM Journeys in Current Role Gap Recommendations
- Audiences for Role Gaps and Popular Recommenders.
The 3 features above require enabling ORA_WLF_ENABLE_GROW_RECOMMENDATIONS profile option.
We don't currently use the Grow functionality and do not wish to enable it at this time.
