Make Assignment number visibvle in person spotlight as default

Summary:

We would like the assignment number be visible for all HR as standard in the Person Spotlight flow on the search page.
In VBS this is set up already, but it is standard hidden for all.
All users are able to change this for themselves, but the moment they close their browser the setup resets.

As mentioned here above, setup in VBS is done, but not picked up.
