Summary: Redwood PO Approval Notification Not Using Customized RTF. I opened an SR, but I'm not receiving much help there, so wanted to see if anyone in the community can help.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Steps completed
- Updated profile option BIP_CLIENT_REFRESH_TIME to 15.
2. In OTBI > Procurement > Purchasing > xmlpserver > Purchase Order Notification Report. Select More > Customize. This creates a copy in Custom > Procurement > Purchasing
3. Created a subfolder Data Models. Copied Purchase Order Notification Data Model into Custom > Procurement > Purchasing > Data Models. Made sure report is calling this model.
4. Cleared OTBI cache in xmlpserver
5. Waited 16 minutes and created a new PO. The changes are NOT on the notification.
