Anonymized (blind) candidate screening for Hiring Managers on internal applications

Hi team!
We are implementing Oracle Recruiting Cloud with Opportunity Marketplace for an internal job market process (employees applying to internal requisitions). 

Release: [26C] – Hiring Manager experience

Client requirement: Hiring Managers should access the list of applications for their requisition and screen candidates with identifying data masked (e.g. name, photo, person number, email), with identity revealed only at interview stage. 
So far we have not found any delivered setting, security privilege or page configuration that masks candidate identity for the Hiring Manager role.§
We would like to confirm whether we are missing something. 

Questions: 

1. Is there any delivered feature or configuration to hide/mask candidate identifying attributes from Hiring Managers (candidate list, candidate details, application, photo)?
