Creating New BPM Rule for ConfirmReceiptRequestForActions

in Self Service Procurement

We would like to update the BPM Workflow Task for ConfirmReceiptRequestForAction. Would like to set the rule so that if the location matches the excluded list (primarily the receiving docks), it automatically skips sending the email or sets the task status to completed/suppressed. Currently, all locations are notified through the confirm receipts process.

Does ConfirmReceiptRequestForAction support excluding specified deliver-to locations before task creation or notification? Or whether ConfirmReceiptRequestForAction supports a location-based condition on that notification, given that the location is absent from the payload? If so, what is the supported configuration?

It is mentioned that I may need to create the Task.payload.deliverToLocation
