Trace logs of Benefit Fast Formula of Type: Enrollment Certification Required

Hello,

We have a Benefit fast formula of type: Enrollment Certification Required in which we are checking if certificate should be triggered or not as per the elections done for Open Life Event. Formula doesn't seems to work for some cases. We are enable to trace logs as well. Can some please help here.

I tried getting logs from ben_ff_debug but not getting any output from the ben_pop_up_messages table.
