Garbled Japanese PDF file names after import

Japanese PDF file names appear as question marks in the Invoice Document page after import.

Is there a system configuration or supported solution to preserve and display Japanese file names correctly? Please clarify any file name encoding requirements or restrictions.

If there is no system-based solution, do we need to rename PDF files in English before importing them as an operational workaround?
