Add a Pending - Not able to visible Payroll section for a specific US country in VBS

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement on the Add Pending Worker Redwood page to hide the Payroll Details section for all Legal Employers except those in the US and Canada.

We implemented the visibility conditions, and the Payroll Details section is successfully hidden for all other countries. However, when configuring the section to be visible specifically for the US and Canada Legal Employers, the Payroll Details section is not displaying as expected.

Please find the attached screenshot and the conditions we have configured for this requirement. Could you please review and advise if there is any known limitation or an alternative approach to achieve this behavior?
