Is it possible to assign separately a single journey task to users

Summary:

How can we assign only one task to user when multiple tasks exist in Offboarding journey.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a Offboarding journey with 10 tasks and in that we wanted to assign only one task to user without assigning other 9 tasks.

And as i know we can use Reassign button when the journey task is already assigned to user.

But here the use case is Journey task is not assigned to user for one time also. And for the first time HR needs to assign this task to user.

So Is it possible to assign separately a single journey task to user without assigning complete journey to user.
