Workforce Comp: Deferred Bonus whether allow same Payroll Element post with two different Date?

Dear all,
Our client plans to pay the bonus in two installments:
- 50% in July of the current year
- 50% in January of the following year, provided the employee remains employed with the company at that time
I would like to understand how this requirement can be handled in an Oracle Workforce Compensation Review Cycle.
Our proposed approach is:
- Component 1: Total Bonus Amount for budgeting purposes
- Component 2: 50% of the bonus, mapped to the Payroll Element “Bonus,” with a posting date in July of the current year
- Component 3: The remaining 50% of the bonus, also mapped to the Payroll Element “Bonus,” with a posting date in January of the following year
