ORC CSP Generates Duplicate Notifications When Job Offer DFF Is Set to No

A custom internal-offer notification is being generated even though the offer-level DFF controlling the notification is set to No. Two emails are also appearing in the candidate’s Messages section instead of the expected single email.

• Default DFF value: No
• Notification action: Configured in the appropriate cloned TEST Candidate Selection Process
• Fast Formula: Compiled successfully and selected in the notification action
