Create Offering disappeared after Unified Learning Catalog activation
Summary:
Hello Oracle Community,
After activating the Unified Learning Catalog, we noticed that the Create Offering action is no longer available in Learning Administration.
We expected the existing Offering functionality to remain available during the transition, as our understanding is that it will only be disabled in 27B.
Has anyone encountered the same behavior? If so, is there a specific setup, privilege, profile option, or feature configuration required to restore Create Offering while Unified Learning Catalog is enabled?
Our goal is to continue creating Offerings temporarily while transitioning. Thank you in advance.
