Best Practice for Assigning Company-Wide Goal

Summary:

I am configuring our FY2027 Goal Plan and would like guidance on the recommended approach for assigning a company-wide goal to all employees included in the plan.

Current Configuration:
I created the company-wide goal and added it to the FY2027 Goal Plan using the following navigation:

My Client Groups → Goal Plans → FY2027 Goal Plan → Plan Configuration

I added the company-wide goal directly to the plan configuration. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

Our goal is for this company-wide goal to:

• Be associated with the FY2027 Goal Plan.
• Appear on each eligible employee’s goal list.

Is adding the company-wide goal directly to the Goal Plan configuration the recommended way to accomplish this? Or should the company-wide goal be assigned to employees using a different configuration or process?
