Release Planning Recommendations: Release to External Source Systems not generating zip file

Hi Team,

I am running Release Plan from OIC using '/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/supplyChainPlans/{plan_id}/child/Releases' rest service running 'Release plan' process. when i am running manually same process 'Release Planning Recommendations: Release to External Source Systems' ESS job generated outptu file but when i am running using rest it is not generating any output file.

Any idea what can be issue?
