Restrict the visibility of specific Purchase Orders (POs) to a subset of buyers based on PO Category

We have a requirement where buyers should only be able to view and access POs belonging to categories assigned to their respective procurement teams. For example, a buyer responsible for IT categories should not be able to view POs created for Facilities or Marketing categories.
